If you’re hoping for extreme music storage capabilities, there are players that can help with that. Once you decide on a design, you’ll need to make sure you find a player with the capacity you need. There are also MP3 players designed for water activities, like swimming. There are larger players that give you access to apps and other smartphone-like features. There are small players that easily clip on your waistband or tuck into your pocket. Whatever your unique needs, there’s a device that can meet them. However, there are still many benefits to an MP3 player, especially for those who regularly hit the gym.
But as smartphones grew in popularity, consumers discovered they could listen to music on the same device they use for everything else. Everyone rushed out to buy the iPod when it was a small device that didn’t have a screen. The M3k is just a simple player with no bluetooth or wifi which is what I wanted.Sound the same as the M6.At one time, MP3 players were all the rage. I actually returned the M6 because I got sent a used one by mistake but it was also very complicated for my needs. Takes a while to learn how to run the player but once over the learning curve its simple. If music is not recognized just take out the card and reset the player to factory settings and put card back in and run the music update. All the music was recognized by the M3k and everything is working great. I just selected all music on the different playlists and dragged them into the card that showed up on my iMac when I plugged in the player. I formatted my 64 card in the M3K to fat 32 and then because I had all my music in playlists in iTunes I was able to put it all back on the card while the card was in the player. I set up a 64 GB card before actually getting my player with all my music.It was formatted to exfat from my iMac that formatted it.In the M3K it only recognized about 168 of my 1500 songs so I knew something was up. Ive just been through this yesterday but Im working with an iMac and iTunes.
